Life brings connected email, calendars, Google Tasks, and Asana tasks into one personal dashboard. It highlights what needs attention today, what is coming up, and what is waiting on someone else, with links back to the original sources.

A recap you can teach

Mark a highlight useful or not useful, or add missing context. Life saves this feedback as editable preferences to guide future recaps. An informational overview helps you decide what to do; Life does not send email, edit calendar events, or complete tasks on your behalf.

Connect only what you choose

Google sign-in uses basic profile information to identify the owner. Connecting a data source is a separate step that requests read-only access to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Tasks. Life stores selected source data and sends a selection of it, together with your preferences, to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate recaps. See the privacy policy for the data used, processing providers, and retention controls.

Private by design

Life is operated by Jonathan Wadsworth for personal use. Access is restricted to the owner’s three approved Google accounts, all sharing one dashboard. These information pages and the fictional preview are public; personal dashboard data is not.
